Korda hardly ever mentioned what his images could depict or mean
- he left it upon the viewer to seek his/her own
While always valid for his paintings, this reminder will stand
repeated here for the whole Abstract section.
And this painting - to me it somehow brings this to MY mind:
"Burning bright even on white - definitely not a
night-watch fire. How come flames could be so different ? It is
difficult to capture an element - always the same and yet so
different every time, every moment ..."
